It encompasses development of the athlete what is needed to improve physical performance. This includes plyometrics, speed and agility, endurance and core stability.

It’s an aerobic exercise. Aerobic means requiring free oxygen and refers to the use of oxygen to adequately meet energy demands during exercise.

Without decent flexibility daily activities become more difficult to do.

Following are some of the major benefits of flexibility training:
• Reduces stress in the exercising muscles and releases tension developed during the workout.
• Assists with posture by balancing the tension placed across the joint by the muscles that cross it. Proper posture minimizes stress and maximizes the strength of all joint movements.
• Reduces the risk of injury during exercise and daily activities because muscles are more pliable.
• Improves performance of everyday activities as well as performance in exercise and sport.

Good diet is a nutritional lifestyle that promotes good health. Developing healthy eating habits isn’t as confusing or as restrictive as many people imagine. The essential steps are to eat mostly foods derived from plants—vegetables, fruits, whole grains and legumes (beans, peas, lentils)—and limit highly processed foods.
